  • Process and reconcile over $60 million in daily payments: checks, wires, student and family contributions
  • Open, sort, and manage incoming mail and checks; direct to appropriate channels
  • Investigate misrouted payments (ex: incorrect wire transfers) and resolve issues directly
  • Maintain accurate reports and records for student accounts and tuition transactions
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while handling confidential student financial data...
