Universal Advisor - FNB Points of Presence
Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, directing customers to the correct channels (eChannels and Self Service), while adhering to policy and process. In this high-volume branch environment, you will deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers. Every interaction must be value-driven, ethical, and aligned to FAIS, FICA, TCF principles, and FNB governance while promoting digital and self-service channels.
