The principle purpose of this University Recruiting Leadership role is to develop University Relations and Recruiting strategies to support Lowe's goal to hiring outstanding early in career talent. This includes responsibility for leading the development of University Relations partnership with core schools and programs, to ensure Lowe's engagement with key partners aligns to longer term investments and goals.
