Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Unit Sales Manager role based in Mindoro/Romblon. He/She will be responsible for achieving sales targets and distribution objectives within an assigned territory or portfolio of brands. This role includes managing, coaching, and developing a field sales team; planning and executing sales activities; and monitoring performance against KPIs. The Unit Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and trade partners, ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with pricing and merchandising guidelines. The role also involves forecasting demand, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams, and preparing regular sales and market reports to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course.
