Job Description
As Unit People Planning Specialist for the Zurich Market Area you will be supporting the units (Spreitenbach & Dietlikon) and the country in the implementation of the new people planning process with the aim on efficient and sustainable ways of working.
- Experience in people planning and a Human Resources background with leadership skills in a matrix organisation.
- Knowledge of rights and obligations of employees and scheduling/tracking systems.
- Passion for people and belief in individual potential.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to inspire teams.
- Understanding of plan implementation within budgets and goals.
- Capability to develop business and deliver results.
- Proven record in developing people and organizations.
- Ability to accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results.
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum) and French, both written and verbal.
