Job Description
- Lead and manage the Electrical & Electronics section, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring
- Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and instrumentation
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability
- Manage installation, commissioning, testing, and modification of electrical/electronic systems
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, cost control, and resource planning
- Coordinate with production, quality, projects, and external vendors/contractors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency, automation, and process optimization
