The Glenview at Pelican Bay is a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida.

We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Unit Coordinator. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality.


We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.


The Unit Coordinator at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for managing front desk operations, communications, and administrative tasks. This role includes stocking medical supplies, coordinating resident appointments and transportation, safety and infection control checks, clerical support, and participation in quality improvement activities.


The Unit Secretary is responsible for the following services including but not limited to:

  • Opens the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area.
