The Uniform Attendant is responsible for issuing, receiving, maintaining, and recording all staff uniforms. This role ensures that all uniforms are clean, well-maintained, and available as per organizational standards and hygiene requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue and collect uniforms from employees according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate records of uniforms issued, returned, or replaced.
Inspect uniforms for damage or wear and arrange for repair, alteration, or replacement as needed.
Coordinate with the laundry department for timely washing, pressing, and delivery of uniforms.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of uniforms.
Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining inventory reports.
Follow hygiene and safety procedures while handling soiled uniforms.
