On behalf of a integral client, RED is currently looking for a specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development, configuration, and customization of solutions within the Unified Service Desk. D365 Unified Service Desk Engineer for a 100% remote position till 2028.

Role Details

  • Duration - 12 Months + extension (multi year project)
  • Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day - local time zone (some meetings may be US time zone)
  • Location - 100% remote

Job Details

The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of our agent desktop platform, working on advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics 365.
