UNE Discovery Voyager - Senior Science Educator

About the role

The UNE Discovery Voyager program develops and facilitates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths) play-based, interactive activities, which are delivered in schools and other educational settings to students from K-Yr10 in regional NSW. This fixed-term position supports a defined phase of the UNE Discovery Voyager program, with duties aligned to time-bound deliverables within the project lifecycle. The Discovery Voyager Senior Science Educator will work closely with the UNE Discovery Voyager Team Leader and take a lead role in developing, facilitating and delivering STEAM activities in schools in northern NSW. They will work with team members and UNE academics to develop and coordinate relevant content for these activities.
