About the role

The Discovery Voyager Project Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the operational aspects, logistics, and administrative functions for UNE Discovery outreach and engagement activities. This fixed-term position supports a defined phase of the UNE Discovery Voyager program, with duties aligned to time-bound deliverables within the project lifecycle. The incumbent is responsible for managing event logistics, scheduling, rostering, risk documentation, equipment inventory, operational systems, and supporting communications and staffing, while providing administrative support to the Team Leader. This position ensures the efficient and compliant delivery of UNE Discovery programs, building and maintaining key internal and external relationships using initiative to solve operational issues within established guidelines.
