Day to day, you'll:
Provide expert technical support to our underwriting team, tele interviewers, and into our automated underwriting.Design, test and enhance the Underwriting Rules Engine (URE) and other digital solutions to improve straight through processing and the member experience.Develop clear, practical underwriting guidelines that support consistent decision making.Conduct an analysis of training needs and deliver targeted training that complements existing capability and lifts technical confidence.Work closely with the Underwriting team to support qua...
