We are working with a leading transactional risk insurance platform to appoint a Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Underwriter to support private equity and corporate M&A transactions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and close collaboration with private equity sponsors, corporates, law firms, and brokers operating across key regional markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting W&I insurance policies on buy-side and sell-side transactions throughout MENA. This includes reviewing transaction documentation, assessing legal and commercial risk, structuring policy terms, and pricing risk appropriately. Candidates are likely to come from a background in W&I underwriting, transactional risk, M&A insurance, or corporate/M&A law with a strong interest in underwriting.
