o Premium processing
o Premium Settlement done
o Bureau, Non-Bureau & Company market
o XIS involvement
o LPAN, IMR
o System used etc.
Should have sound knowledge of end-to-end UK broking process
Should have a thorough understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle, from submission to collection.
Good written and verbal communication, and a team player
