At My Mutual, our underwriting team helps protect our policyholders and support the strength of our mutual community. We put people first by ensuring risks are assessed thoughtfully, coverage is clear, and brokers receive responsive, dependable service.

We are seeking a Commercial Underwriter who combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to evaluate risk and support responsible underwriting decisions. Working closely with brokers and internal teams, this role reviews applications, evaluates exposures, and determines appropriate coverage while ensuring underwriting decisions align with My Mutual’s guidelines and values.

This hybrid role is based in Saskatchewan, with the opportunity to work from our Waldheim or Saskatoon office as well as remotely, with in‑person attendance required for training and team collaboration.
