Reporting to the Underground Mine Foreman, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of your shift and crew.


You’ll be leading from the front, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and building a culture where people take pride in doing the job right the first time. This role suits someone ready to step in, take control, and make an immediate impact.


This isn’t a step back supervisory role, it’s about being visible, decisive, and accountable underground.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising underground crews to safely achieve production targets across development activities

  • Planning and executing the 24-hour operational plan, adjusting in real time to keep things moving
