About the role

As an Underground Paste Crew member, you’ll be at the heart of our underground operations, ensuring safe and efficient paste fill activities. Reporting to the Paste Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining paste systems and supporting the broader mining team.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Operating and maintaining paste fill systems and reticulation

  • Conducting pre- and post-fill inspections

  • Monitoring consumables and reducing downtime

  • Troubleshooting and reporting equipment faults

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

    • You’ll also be a champion for safety, proactively identifying hazards and setting the standard for safe work practices.
