As Mastermyne's pipeline of project work across New South Wales continues to grow into FY26, we’re seeking experienced underground coal mine operators who are looking to be part of something bigger.

Our Projects Division delivers specialised project services across multiple mine sites and regions — with a strong focus on quality, safety, and technical excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are keen to work across a diverse range of projects, develop new skills, and be exposed to different mine environments throughout NSW’s Hunter, Western, and Illawarra regions.
