Provide day to day supervision and leadership to the underground team Monitor and supervise underground mining activities Promote positive safety behaviours and help build a culture of accountability, ownership and safety first thinking across the site. Use digital tools (e.g. INX) to record and monitor tasks Communicate effectively with PYBAR team members and relevant stakeholders
