This position involves reporting directly to the Training Supervisor and delivering hands-on training on various underground equipment according to regulatory standards. You'll engage with team members to ensure they meet safety and operational benchmarks, while building robust communication strategies across departments. Continuous improvement and evolving training methodologies will be central to this role.

• Conduct Hard Rock Miner training in accordance with standards
• Facilitate comprehensive Underground Orientation for employees
• Customize training delivery to meet diverse learner needs
• Maintain compliance through up-to-date training records
