About our Role

Join the Barminco team as an Auto Electrician and support our underground mining operations across Australia, with current opportunities available at sites throughout Western Australia. In this role, you’ll play a key part in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on our extensive fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and high machine availability in challenging underground conditions.

What will your day to day look like?

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems on underground mobile equipment.
• Fault-find and repair wiring, starting and charging systems, batteries, and control circuits.
• Install and maintain safety systems, lighting, communications, and machine telematics.
