Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Full Time

An exciting permanent opportunity has opened for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) with an area hospital in Waterloo, IA where you will use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This full-time position works varied evenings/third shift and includes call, weekend, and holiday rotation.
Minimum Requirements:

• Current national certification and registration in Sonography from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience working in a hospital radiology department. Experience assisting with scheduling, payroll review, staff education, hiring, and orientation preferred.
