Insight Global is seeking multiple UKG Support/Training Consultants to support a large-scale workforce management system upgrade, with go-live scheduled for January. These individuals will work closely with the Finance Department leadership to support over 4,000 managers through system adoption.
This role will begin with 4–5 months of onboarding and training, where consultants will learn the UKG platform and transition into production support. Day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound tickets and calls through Salesforce, supporting managers with timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, and reporting issues, and documenting and triaging system issues with a high level of accuracy.
