UKG Payroll Integration Specialist

About the role This well known retail organisation is looking for a UKG interface specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be sitting in their payroll support team, and working very closely with the head of payroll.
The Responsibilities

Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through UKG.

Analyze and report back tracked data

Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)

Assess, design, and test integrations including creating and designing the changes to the interface files to address needs for data elements, file layout, custom fields and data transformation

Update all documentation and training material to remain consistent with changes in business processes and system developments.

Thorough working knowledge in the use and configuration of UKG

Proven ability to design, write and test interfaces in UKG
