100% Remote 6+ yrs experience on Kronos 8.1 Experience on production support that includes: Experience on working under tight SLAs Experience on Incident Resolution Life Cycle Experience on Incident Management Tool (e.g. ServiceNow) Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle vast user base and other IT stakeholders from integrating applications Ability to troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner/under the SLA timeline Ability to prioritize and multitask to be able to handle multiple production issues in parallel Experience on coordination with offshore resources to ensure all production issues are resolved within allowed SLA Experience on Kronos to Dayforce Migration is preferred
