UKG Developer – WFM, Workday Integrations & Payroll


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of development experience with UKG WFM or Kronos.
  • Hands-on development with:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB / RaaS
  • APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience implementing integrations for external payroll platforms (ADP, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, local providers).
  • Proficient in:
  • JSON, XML, XSLT
  • Data mapping and transformation
  • File encryption, secure transmission
  • Strong debugging skills for global, high-volume environments.


Responsibilities

The WFM Developer is responsible for building and maintaining technical integrations between Workday HCM, UKG WFM Time & Attendance, and multiple global payroll systems.

This role designs integration components, manages middleware, creates data transformations, and supports automation in a multi-country retail context
