Role: UKG Developer (formally Kronos)

Canada Remote

Contract

6+ yrs experience on Kronos 8.1

Experience on production support that includes -

- Experience on working under tight SLAs

- Experience on Incident resolution life cycle

- Experience on Incident Management Tool (e.g. ServiceNow)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle vast user base and other IT stakeholders from integrating applications

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues in timely manner/under the SLA timelimit

- Ability to prioritize and multitask to be able to handle multiple production issues in parallel

- Experience on coordination with offshore resource to ensure all prod issues are resolved within allowed SLA

- Experience on Kronos to Dayforce migration is preferred
