Job Purpose

To provide accurate, timely and compliant payroll administration support, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on schedule. The role supports HR and Finance with payroll processing, employee data management and statutory obligations, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HMRC and company procedures.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in line with payroll deadlines.
  • Input and maintain accurate employee payroll data including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
  • Process variations to pay including overtime, additional hours, allowances and deductions.
  • Ensure correct calculation of statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and other family-related leave payments.
