UK Mortgage Case Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Para-Planner to provide comprehensive end-to-end support within a UK-regulated mortgage advisory environment. This remote, outsourced role is responsible for managing mortgage cases from post-fact-find through to mortgage offer, exchange, and completion, ensuring full compliance with FCA and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of case progression, documentation, lender liaison, and compliance tracking, allowing the adviser to focus exclusively on client advice and business development. This role requires strong knowledge of UK mortgage processes, lender portals, FCA compliance requirements, and the ability to manage multiple live cases with accuracy and efficiency proactively.
