Ui/Ux + Front End Developer (Guadalajara)

We are currently seeking a UI/UX + Front End Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, México.

As a Senior Front-End Developer II, you will work on building modern GenAI applications using the latest frameworks and UI technology. Our front-end engineers specialize in web platforms, web APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms. You will help ship high-impact software for our clients by staying on the cutting edge of GenAI capabilities.

• Expertly write code, create unit tests, assist with testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and coordinate with the team.
• Mentor senior developers.
• Lead the establishment of team best practices.
• Define technical strategy.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for the engineering team.
• Communicate with clients.
• Manage a team of 2-3 developers.
• Develop talent within your team.
