The candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing intuitive digital experiences, conducting UX workshops, and validating designs through usability testing. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver citizen-centric, scalable, and accessible solutions using Salesforce.

The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in modern UX/UI design practices using tools such as Figma for design and prototyping, Miro for workshops and journey mapping, and usability testing tools such as Maze or UserTesting for validating user experience.
