Job Description

The UI/UX Lead Designer drives the end‑to‑end user experience for SMDC’s digital products, leading a design team and ensuring timely delivery of user‑centered solutions for both customer‑facing and internal platforms. The role requires strong leadership, advanced Figma skills, and a proven ability to create intuitive, scalable interfaces. Experience with OutSystems and JIRA is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and presentation materials using Figma.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs and validate them through testing and feedback loops.
  • Develop walkthroughs and demo prototypes; familiarity with OutSystems for smoother implementation is a plus.
