UI Practice Head

·       Lead the UI Practice (Web & Mobility) team and accountable for the revenue, growth and functioning of the entire team comprising of Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers

·       Define the UI team KPIs and objectives that align with organizational objectives

·       Effective management of a high performing UI team. Deliver solutions that align with the long-term UI/UX strategy
