UGC Manager / Content Manager
who can own the entire lifecycle of user-generated content — from recruiting creators to delivering high-performing content for ads.

If you thrive in fast execution environments, can manage dozens of creators at once, and have a sharp creative eye, this is for you.

What You'll Own (Responsibilities)

• Recruit & onboard new UGC creators
  (micro-influencers, paid UGC Creator, dermatologists).
• Manage
  day-to-day communication
• Coordinate scripts, briefs, and talking points with our creative strategists & content creator.
• Review content quality
  (UGC, A-roll, testimonials, demos) and request revisions.
• Ensure all content follows
  brand guidelines & compliance rules
