Job Description

  • Teach and demonstrate on all aspects of coring.
  • Teach and demonstrate commitment in controlling risks and eliminating hazards, as well as educating green drillers about the internal responsibility system and on company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Recommend improvements in our processes and procedures to reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards. 
  • Conduct and organize training schools and attendees. 
  • Create learning materials such as videos, booklets, and forms to enhance and promote successful learning. 
  • Liaise with the HSEC team to obtain up-to-date information on safety and health issues for operations.
  • Maintain composure, effectiveness, and flexibility under pressure. 
  • Visit sites to ensure safety practices are being followed. 
  • Serve as a role model to all personnel.
  • Evaluate appropriate individuals.
