UCC / M365 Engineer (80-100%)

Your mission

In this role, you play a crucial part in managing and maintaining our Unified Communication & Collaboration systems. You design, implement and operate modern, secure and scalable M365‑based workplace communication services and ensure that our users can rely on them every day. You work across Microsoft Teams (incl. Telephony), Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, Copilot and meeting room infrastructure, combining hands‑on engineering with technical leadership.

Your tasks

• Design, implement and operate M365‑based UCC services, telephony integrations, meeting room solutions
• Lead UCC-related initiatives from conception to completion, acting as technical lead and ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and problems, including 3rd level support and root cause analysis
