工作內容｜Role and Responsibilities

1. CSR / ESG 專案規劃與執行
規劃與執行企業公益及 ESG / CSR 相關專案與活動，包含反詐騙、公平待客（TCF）等倡議。
Develop and execute corporate philanthropy and ESG/CSR initiatives, including anti-fraud campaigns and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) advocacy.

2. 品牌與企業活動管理
規劃、執行並協調品牌專案、廣告活動及公司層級活動，提升企業形象與市場能見度，並確保與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴的有效合作。
Plan, manage, and coordinate brand-related projects, advertising campaigns, and corporate events to enhance corporate image and market presence, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

3. 內容與文宣製作支援
依據業務單位需求，製作及支援相關文宣與內容產出，包含文章撰寫，並與外部廠商合作製作影片及相關素材。
Produce and support marketing materials and content in response to business needs, including article writing and collaborating with vendors for video production and related assets.

4. 集團溝通與品牌治理
與集團保持密切合作，負責內部溝通協調，並協助送審所有需經品牌審核之素材，確保符合品牌標準及規範。
