Job Responsibilities


• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Continuously collect market insights and conduct competitor product benchmarking to support product and marketing strategies.
• Traditional & Investment-Linked Product Development
Lead end-to-end product development, including concept ideation, feasibility assessment, regulatory coordination, product launch, and post-launch performance review.
• In-Force Product Management & Optimization
Manage existing product portfolios by coordinating with regulatory requirements and distribution channels, and working cross-functionally to drive product enhancements and improvements.
• Marketing Material Development
Develop and maintain product marketing materials to support sales and promotional initiatives.
• Additional Responsibilities
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to meet team and business objectives.
