What You'll Do:
- Manage campaigns and content using CMS tools.
- Create and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms (Mobile, Set-Top Box, Website).
- Support and respond to users on social media channels.
- Ensure all communications and content are up to date across platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
- Establish and maintain workflows for requesting, creating, editing, and publishing content.
