Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Tutor to support a highly motivated Year 11 learner in WA9 (St Helens). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on a young person’s educational journey following significant time out of school.

About the Role


Subjects: English (5 hrs), Maths (5 hrs), Science (5 hrs)


Schedule: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week (flexible timings)


Location: Face-to-face tuition in WA9


Start Point: Functional Skills Entry Level across core subjects


Initial Requirement: Baseline assessments to determine ability level

As a Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 tutoring sessions focused on bespoke, interest-led learning

  • Build a trusting relationship through consistency and empathy
