About the Role

We are looking for a qualified teacher or educator to tutor disadvantaged learners in Northamptonshire. The role has a fixed‑term, full‑time contract with competitive hourly pay of £26. Responsibilities

  • Tutor students 1:1 in a home or residential setting, ranging from key stage 1 to further education.
  • Develop personalised learning strategies for students who are out of mainstream education.
  • Use a creative and versatile teaching style across English, Maths and/or Science.
  • Plan and prep for two hours per week.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated consultant to ensure a supportive working environment.
