Tutor (Curriculum Development & Training)

Position Title: Tutor – Math & English (Curriculum & Staff Training)
Reports To: Program Director
Location: Maple Ridge, BC

Position Overview

The Tutor will play a dual role in delivering high-quality instruction to students and contributing to the ongoing development of the Academy's tutoring programs. This includes designing and refining curriculum materials, teaching students in small group and one-on-one settings, and training other staff members to deliver tutoring services to the same high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Student Engagement

• Provide tutoring in Math and English to students ranging from early elementary to middle school levels.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.
