Adecco is hiring **Turret Operators** for a leading manufacturer in the Pierceton, IN area!
**2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | **$** **22.98/hr**
**3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | **$** **22.38/hr**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate CNC turret press equipment
+ Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality
+ Perform tooling changes, basic machine maintenance, and documentation
+ Follow work instructions and maintain production standards
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow setup sheets
+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills
