**Turret Operator Temp to Hire position**
**Location:** Canton, OH
**Hourly Wage:** $20–$23
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–3:30pm (Four-day work week)
_Overtime may be required on Fridays_
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC turret machinery safely and efficiently
+ Manufacture parts from sheet metal in compliance with production plans and schedules
+ Properly load tooling and sheet metal, following established procedures
+ Read and interpret production drawings, prints, and work instructions
+ Utilize measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures) to verify material gauges
+ Inspect finished work for accuracy and completeness
+ Identify various materials, including steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet metal
+ Adhere to standard shop practices and verbal instructions
+ Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
+ Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb...
