Roles and Responsibilities of TSR :

  1. Service to the customer by Intact and timely Pickup and delivery of shipments (field work)
  2. Ensure connection of shipments picked up from own route
  3. Develop territory / route.
  4. Grow business with existing customers in the route
  5. Generating Sales lead
  6. Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.
  7. Self grooming and upgradation of product and operations knowledge
