Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned distributors and their sales teams
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
• Monitor market coverage, stock availability, and visibility
• Implement trade schemes and promotional activities
• Conduct regular market visits and joint working with salesmen
• Develop new areas and improve numeric distribution
• Provide market intelligence and competitor updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of FMCG sales experience at same level
• Experience in distributor management
