Trusts & Estates Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on sophisticated estate and wealth transfer strategies
- Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
- Assist clients with tax-efficient succession planning and preservation of family wealth
- Counsel closely held businesses on ownership transition and long-term planning matters
- Work with fiduciaries and charitable organizations on trust administration and related legal issues
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive planning solutions
Qualification:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Demonstrated academic achievement
- 4+ years of experience handling trusts & estates matters
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
