This position requires you to report to the Manager of Trust Accounting & Controls, focusing on detailed cash journal entries and the reconciliation of mutual fund trust assets. Engage with senior colleagues to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency. You will provide necessary support across various accounting tasks and contribute to overall financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
• Manage monthly dividends and asset reconciliations
• Monitor and address issues in suspense accounts
• Analyze and correct financial errors promptly
• Prepare and manage journal entries and documentation
