  • Operate and supervise Meyer 120 LDS4/KFS or equivalent color sorting machines
  • Set and adjust parameters (color, sensitivity, defect categories)
  • Achieve 98% defect removal
  • Coordinate with maintenance for calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Reduce downtime, maintain 98% machine uptime

2. Quality Control
  • Conduct visual inspections and sampling against QC standards
  • Minimize under- and over-rejections
  • Work with QC to validate grades and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure consistent kernel quality for export

3. Manpower Management
  • Lead 46 operators and helpers
  • Allocate manpower per shift to meet daily production
  • Train staff on machine operation, SOPs, hygiene, and safety
  • Monitor compliance with operational standards
