What you will do

• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and verify that all work is necessary and performed at a fair price.
• Negotiate repairs when appropriate and document cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Monitor maintenance trends for specific accounts and geographic markets.
• Build and analyze standard and ad‑hoc reports to support cost‑saving initiatives.
• Analyze data and make recommendations to customers and management.
• Collaborate with fleet managers, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve truck malfunctions effectively.
• Act as a technical expert and consultant for fleet managers and service technicians on complex repairs.
